Bank Information will be notified by e-mail.
NOTE: Please note that 4,000 JPY will be added to the total cost of registration when payment is made by international bank transfer.
Registrants are responsible for all bank fees and currency exchange rate fees.
All balances due are payable at the registration desk upon arrival.
A receipt will then be provided.

● Cancellation and Refund Policy
■ Cancellations received by May 20 will be refunded, less 25% administrative charges.
Please note that the registration fee will not be refunded until after the Conference.
■ Cancellations received after May 21 are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be in writing and sent to the Conference Secretariat either by fax to +81-3-5216-5552 or email to isap2010@congre.co.jp
■ If the conference is cancelled for any reason, ISAP 2010 Local Committee shall not be held liable for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred based on conference registration.

In additional to a valid passport, some foreign nationals are required to obtain a Visa to enter Japan issued by the Japanese Embassy or Consulate in your country.
Please visit the website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan at http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html to check your visa requirement.
If you need a visa, please check the “Required” box in the Visa section of the registration form and mention your Nationality.

The Secretariat will assist you with preparation of documents to submit with your application to the Embassy in your country.
Visa documentation can only be provided for pre-paid Registration.

Notice to REAAA members:
In accordance with the agreement between ISAP and REAAA, the members of REAAA can get a 10% discount on the participant registration fee. In addition, if you are qualified for Asia and Oceania Financial Support by JRCA, you can apply for both a 10% discount and Asia and Oceania Financial Support, e.g., if you are an REAAA member, and also eligible to the Asia and Oceania Financial Support by JRCA, you will receive a 55% discount.

For participants from the Asia and Oceania (some restrictions apply), Japan Road Contractors Association (JRCA) offers financial support. JRCA will pay the half of registration fee.

Persons whose nationality is in countries listed in the table below, and who live there as of registration.
Applicable Registration Categories
The Asia and Oceania Financial Support is applicable for all registration categories except for “Accompanying person(s)”.
How to claim your qualification?
At online registration on the conference web site, you are advised to send your information about your Nationality in addition to Name, Address, Phone, Fax, E-mail address. We may ask you to show your passport at the conference registration desk to re-confirm your nationality.
If you are a member of REAAA and also eligible to Asia and Oceania Financial Support
According to the agreement with REAAA, your registration fee will be discounted by 10%, and you can claim the JRCA financial support, too, which means that you can get the total 55% discount for your registration fee.
